MinistryDirect is a web experience that provides inspiration (what's new, hot), education (how-to), and support (resources) in an environment of connection (relationships) and customization.
MinistryDirect is about:
- equipping AG pastors with the resources they need to be successful in their endeavors to serve God today;
- providing a tool that AG pastors can use to interact with each other, regardless of geography, and exchange ideas, best practices, techniques and lessons learned;
- identifying and promoting professional resources through strategic partnerships;
- cultivating and aggregating practical resources developed by AG pastors for AG pastors;
- fostering relationships and respected communities that become an essential aspect of every AG pastor’s leadership development;
- championing the concept that Hebrews 10:23-25 relationships are the ultimate resources a pastor can have;
- engaging transformational leaders and giving access to their insights; and,
- creating a cultural shift for AG pastors around the world.
